Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Level Up dashboard and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Level Up is an analytics dashboard that helps a TikTok live streamer and their authorized team view audience, content, earnings, and live stream metrics derived from the streamer’s connected TikTok account. The Service is provided on an invite-only basis.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must receive an invitation and create login credentials to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must meet TikTok’s minimum age and eligibility requirements to connect a TikTok account.
4. Connecting your TikTok account
The Service accesses your TikTok data only after you authorize it through TikTok’s official authorization flow, and only within the permissions you approve. By connecting your account, you:
- authorize Level Up to retrieve and display your TikTok profile, statistics, and video data as described in our Privacy Policy;
- confirm that you are the owner of, or are authorized to connect, that TikTok account; and
- agree to comply with TikTok’s own Terms of Service and applicable policies.
You may disconnect your TikTok account, or revoke access from your TikTok settings, at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- access data belonging to a streamer you are not authorized to view;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or of TikTok’s policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Level Up and its licensors. Data retrieved from your TikTok account remains yours; these Terms do not transfer ownership of that data to us.
7. Estimates and accuracy
The Service presents metrics and estimates — including estimated earnings derived from stream activity — for informational purposes only. TikTok does not provide an official monetary value for many live stream events, so earnings and related figures are calculated using configurable estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate. They should not be relied upon as financial, accounting, or tax records.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it displays will be complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account and requesting deletion of your account.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
